Odoo is an open-source business management (ERP) system made up of connected modules: accounting, CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, projects, HR, eCommerce and more. All data is kept in one place, so you no longer need to enter the same information in several programs.
Community is the free, open-source edition with the core modules. Enterprise is the paid edition, licensed per user. It adds extra modules (such as full accounting, Studio and the mobile app), version upgrades and support from the vendor. We will help you choose the edition that suits your company best.
The price depends on the number of modules, users, customisations and integrations. After an initial analysis we give you a clear proposal with the scope of work and timeline – no hidden fees.
Simpler projects (for example sales, CRM and invoicing) go live within a few weeks. More complex ones – with manufacturing, inventory, accounting and integrations – usually take a few months. We set the exact plan during the analysis stage.
There are several options: Odoo Online (the vendor’s cloud), Odoo.sh (a cloud platform that supports custom modules) or your own or a rented server. We will advise which option fits your needs, security requirements and budget.
Yes. Odoo has a Latvian localisation with the chart of accounts, VAT settings and reports. We add missing local features with our own modules.
